Acceptance

By installing, connecting, or using Flopsy with a Shopify store, you agree to these terms. If you use Flopsy for a business, you confirm that you have authority to connect and manage that Shopify store.

What Flopsy does

Flopsy provides Shopify pricing workflows, including bulk product price updates, price history, price guard tools, scheduled notifications, and related review or recovery actions.

Merchant responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing products, pricing previews, settings, guard behavior, and applied changes before relying on them in your business. Flopsy is an operational tool; it does not replace your judgment about pricing, margins, compliance, taxes, or customer commitments.

Gold and silver guard

Gold & Silver Price Guard helps merchants respond to metal movement based on configured settings. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Permitted use

You may use Flopsy only for lawful business purposes and only with stores you own or have permission to manage. You may not use Flopsy to access, modify, or receive alerts for a store without authorization.

Service availability

Flopsy may change, pause, or limit parts of the service as we improve the app, handle maintenance, respond to platform requirements, or address security and reliability issues. We aim to keep pricing workflows reliable, but bugs, delays, or third-party outages may happen.

Third-party services

Flopsy depends on Shopify for store authorization and product operations. If Telegram is connected, Flopsy also depends on Telegram for message delivery. Those services have their own terms and availability.

Suspension and termination

You may uninstall or disconnect Flopsy through Shopify. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if use creates security risk, or if continued access would create legal, platform, or operational problems.
